You operate as a Product Manager with full end-to-end accountability — from discovery and strategic framing to backlog ownership and delivery alignment with Engineering, UX, and Go-To-Market.

What You Own
1. Product Strategy & Customer Value Ownership
- Own the strategic direction of your product domain in alignment with overall product vision.
- Translate company and portfolio strategy into a focused, customer-centered roadmap.
- Establish clear value propositions for your domain and ensure they are reflected in delivered features.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Ensure your domain contributes meaningfully to our positioning as a sovereign, trusted collaboration platform.
2. Customer Centricity & Insight Integration
You are the owner of customer understanding within your domain.
- Integrate structured customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support into roadmap decisions.
- Ensure qualitative insights and behavioral data inform prioritization.
- Strengthen feedback loops between enterprise customers and product development.
- Validate hypotheses through structured discovery and rapid iteration.
- Maintain deep empathy for regulated and enterprise customer needs.
3. Product Data & Performance Ownership
You are accountable for the data performance of your product domain.
- Define and monitor domain-specific KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage).
- Use product analytics and customer data to guide prioritization and iteration.
- Ensure clear visibility of business impact within your domain.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to maintain reliable, compliant analytics structures.
- Balance data-driven decision-making with sovereignty and compliance requirements.
4. Discovery, Requirements & AI-Supported Product Development
- Translate customer problems and strategic objectives into structured requirements.
- Leverage generative AI tools to refine user stories, detect inconsistencies, and assess potential impact.
- Use AI to accelerate discovery, documentation, and experimentation.
- Ensure requirements are clear, validated, and aligned with customer value.
- Apply AI responsibly, with awareness of governance and compliance implications.
5. Backlog Ownership & Prioritization
- Own and continuously prioritize the backlog of your product domain.
- Make informed trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
- Ensure Engineering teams focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
- Balance short-term improvements with long-term product evolution.
6. Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality, compliant releases.
- Align with UX to guarantee intuitive, consistent user experiences.
- Support Go-To-Market teams in positioning and rollout of new capabilities.
- Ensure shipped features translate into real adoption and measurable impact.
