What You Own
1. Product Vision, Customer Value & Strategic Direction
- Define and continuously evolve the product vision and long-term strategy, grounded in customer needs and market dynamics.
- Translate company strategy into a clear, customer-centered product portfolio and roadmap.
- Establish a strong customer value framework that guides prioritization and investment decisions.
- Identify strategic bets that drive growth, retention, expansion, and differentiation.
- Ensure alignment between product direction and our positioning as a sovereign, trusted collaboration platform.
- Position UX/UI as a strategic differentiator that enhances usability, adoption, and customer trust.
- Establish a clear experience vision ensuring usability, accessibility, and trust across all touchpoints.
2. Customer Centricity & Product Intelligence Ownership
You are the executive owner of customer insight and product intelligence.
- Establish a scalable, structured approach to customer feedback integration across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Ensure systematic incorporation of qualitative and quantitative customer insights into strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Define how customer health, adoption, and satisfaction data influence prioritization.
- Strengthen feedback loops between enterprise customers and product evolution.
- Safeguard customer trust in regulated environments.
- Own the strategic direction of product analytics and usage data frameworks.
- Ensure clear ownership of product KPIs, adoption metrics, and behavioral insights.
- Define standards for data-driven decision-making within Product.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure scalable, compliant data infrastructure.
- Balance data utilization with sovereignty, security, and compliance standards.
3. Organizational & Cultural Transformation
Together with the Head of Engineering, you will:
- Transition Product and Tech into an AI-powered, scalable, agile, and outcome-oriented operating model.
- Establish clear product governance, data ownership, and decision frameworks.
- Shift the organization from feature-driven delivery to impact- and value-driven product thinking.
- Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, speed, and continuous learning.
- Embed data-informed decision-making across all product teams.
- Develop former Product Owners into strategic, customer- and outcome-driven Product Managers.
- Shift mindset from backlog administration to business and value ownership.
- Strengthen discovery discipline, customer empathy, and commercial thinking.
- Build structured capability development and a clear product career framework.
- Elevate overall product maturity and analytical capability across the organization.

AI-Powered Product Development (“From Agile to AI”)
- Implement AI-powered workflows that increase productivity and quality across Product and Tech.
- Enable AI-supported discovery, requirement structuring, prioritization, and experimentation.
- Drive a culture where AI enhances clarity, speed, and informed decision-making.
- Establish responsible AI governance in collaboration with Engineering.
- Define how AI enhances the product to make it better, stickier, smarter, and more intuitive.
- Identify AI use cases that directly improve customer workflows and efficiency.
- Ensure AI strengthens differentiation while respecting security, sovereignty, and compliance requirements.
- Translate AI innovation into tangible customer outcomes.
5. Product Experience Excellence
- Elevate UX/UI into a core strategic capability.
- Define and safeguard a coherent end-to-end product experience across modules and future products.
- Establish scalable design principles and governance.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and clarity across the product ecosystem.
- Balance innovation with accessibility and regulatory standards.
- Foster strong collaboration between Product, UX, Engineering, and Data.
6. End-to-End Product Accountability
- Own product portfolio performance and roadmap integrity.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, data insights, prioritization, and execution.
- Be accountable for measurable product value — not just shipped features.
- Guarantee that strategic intent translates into real customer impact.
- Ensure product decisions drive ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy as strategic growth levers.
- Align product direction with GTM strategy and customer segmentation.
- Communicate product performance, customer impact, and trade-offs transparently to executive leadership.
- Act as the central product authority across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data.
- Establish strong collaboration rituals and decision clarity.
- Represent Product and Customer Insight at executive level.
- Shape company-wide strategy with product intelligence and market understanding.
